May Consulting PLLC provides a range of services for civil and general contractors. We specialize in GPS models and data prep but also offer quantity take offs/estimates, and some engineering services. We model everything from highways, to large scale developments, and even point calcs for stake out applications (water, sewer, storm, curb, footings, grid lines, piers, piles). Established in 2010, we bring experience, integrity, and professionalism to the construction design/data business. Our team consists of a licensed Professional Engineer, a former civil project manager/superintendent, a survey tech, and a CAD tech. Our experience totals over 60 years of experience in civil design, drafting, layout, construction, and inspections. We combine extensive design and project management experience with hands on field experience utilizing both handheld GPS and GPS enabled heavy equipment. We understand what the dozer operator needs and expects, and how to provide that. This combination results in an excellent user friendly model and will help eliminate costly errors in the field. We will provide you with information or data that has been carefully analyzed, looked at from multiple angles, and then presented to you only after we are totally confident in its accuracy and functionality.
